This is a call to connect to unapologetic self love through remembering your hearts wisdom, coming back to sensations of softness, creativity and inner peace. Unraveling your own human potential with breathwork will help you to rewire your mind towards wholeness, empowerment and liberation. In this container, I see you, the real you.
To breathe with Julia is absolutely amazing and such a gift. Each session with her felt completely different but always safe and loving where I could take the up the space around me and within me.
I experienced the whole spectrum of feelings, insights and energy moving through me connecting with a deeper sensed of myself and life in general. She always supported me in uncovering my limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns in exactly that gentle and loving way that I needed, to avoid putting myself under even more pressure to change them, but still recognising my strength to be able to overcome my fears and doubts that arise from them.
I do not know how she does it, but sometimes her words and how she said them felt like she was speaking directly to my soul. In combination with the breath itself there truly happened some magic and major healing.

AWILD Breathwork utilizes your breath to catalyze transformative change, enabling a deeper connection with love and personal empowerment. We explore the power of breath to embody our inner healer, rejuvenate our minds, and restore our nervoussystem.
A journey with breathwork extends beyond the physical practice of yogic breathing, in a breathing ritual you will experience yourself shift from “the active mind” to beta to alpha where we become more connected to our consciousness, and theta states where our subconscious mind with our emotional memory and intuitive insights exists. With each inhalation, carve out space for your mind to return to self-love, altered states of awareness, empowerment and a sense of anchor and belonging in your experience of life and emotions.
Surrendering into the breath, you allow your body to lead in a healing dance of energetic movement that releases your physical and mental tensions and restores your emotions. This process transforms your feelings and strengthens your relationship to yourself. Engaging with the breath unveils the depths of your true self through the feminine energies of the body—the realm of expanding your own intuition and balancing your emotional responses and release tension in the body. This practice recalibrate your nervous system which improves sleep, digestion, cognitive function, memory and focus and prevents mental and physical illnesses.

What is Wild Love/Womb Breathwork?
Wild love Breathwork is a seated practice that gently unlocks and awakens your sacral charka, womb space, pelvic floor, and lower hips with the energy of Kundalini activation where we use our voice and somatic movements to transcend any pain in the body. In this practice we use soft movement and conscious connected breath through the nose and expressing vibrational sound through your voice. This technique enhances your creativity and mental clarity but also fosters feelings of ease, kundalini sensations to meet yourself, and a profound sense of homecoming within your expression, body and emotions.

What is Rebirthing Breathwork?
Rebirthing breathwork is a still lying down practice that makes you go into a dreamlike state of mind, where deep visiualisations can come to surface and it feels like an self hypnosis. You breathe the same way as a new born baby and how you breathe when your body is in REM sleep. Each breath transforms the body for deep restoration, clarity, spaciousness and focus. Love and gentleness guide transformation, connecting mind, heart, and body.
