My name is Julia, and I specialize in enhancing mental and physical wellbeing through practices that restores mental and physical wellbeing, unlocks authenticity and empowerment using the restorative practices and tailored mentoring. I have been helping teams since 2019 to improve greater connection, adding holistic tools such as breathwork, yin yoga, yoga nidra and meditation to completely rejuventate and restore the body and mind. I come from a BSC in Hospitality Buisness Management focused on health in Oxford, as well as I have spent over five years working with leading teams in high pressure environments and am a 500h certified Breathwork facilitator, Meditation and Yoga teacher. I help organisations to bring a more of holistic approach to enhance each individuals potential in the team through enhancing self empowerment and authenticity.
