The art of meditation
Meditation helps you to create self awareness of your thinking patterns. It supports to quiet your mind, expand your consciousness and opens your heart. These are crucial elements that we need to engage in when we are in change/transformation or want to enhance or reduce a feeling in the body.
We experience greater benefits when we meditate often, frequently and consistently. Finding some time each day to meditate, even a short daily meditation is better than no meditation at all. If you feel like you loose yourself in repetitive thoughts, come back to your breathe and focus on your breathing only. This is a non-judgemental practice where we observe our internal world.
The art of consciousness and awareness
The consciousness expands when we tune into the energies of love, compassion, gratitude and faith. All these energies exists through neural connections in the brain to our nervoussystem and heart meridian. These neural connections are responsible for your emotions, sensations, feelings and actions.
Learning to control our mind instead of letting the mind control us will benefit your mental and physical health. When we understand our mind’s eye, we can deepen into becoming emotionally resiliant.
The art of presence
Presence means being HERE in the NOW where we pay attention to where the mind takes you when you’re not present. Your mind may take you into stories about not being enough, memories of the past or anxieties about the future. Neither are wrong, we just want to become more aware of how the mind is using us so we can have a choice of what thoughts are dominant and less dominant.

Learn inner child work.
In breathwork, the body is the vessel. When we surrender, we let go of control and learn how emotions feel in the body. As we deepen into our felt body, we access our subconscious mind that stores everything within.
Breathwork is highly transformative healing modality. In meditation we create awareness of aspects of ourself where we tend to hold ourself back. In breathwork we move and purge the energetics of the emotions out of the body.
Your breath is love & linked with your emotions, vitality and life force. When you practice conscious connected breathing through the nose as a regular daily practice, you will begin to drop out of the stress mentality and more deeply into a calm and peaceful state of consciousness.
Longer practices that exceeds 20mins together with a breathwork facilitator are a deep dive into your subconscious mind and return home to your own LOVE. I recommend breathing together with a facilitator always in the beginning to learn to let go, surrender and feel safe & supported.

Movement is Medicine for your hormonal health.
It is in moving your body that two magical things happen. The first is that the body naturally wants to move energy, so anything that you’ve been holding onto energetically or emotionally gets a chance to move because the physical plane is in motion. The second is that because your body is in motion, it opens your attention up to feeling the body once again. When you are in feeling, you are not in mind, and so movement brings you into a better state of awareness of self.
Additionally, the more rigorous the exercise, the deeper you breathe, the more oxygen floods your body, the better you feel!
